In 2018, for several reasons, I remembered how much I loved painting when I was a child, and since I was not having a good time that year, I started again to paint with watercolour as a method to relax. Soon after I thought about taking advantage of this skill as I needed to get some money and so I started training myself in tattooing.

I watched as many Youtube videos as possible from professional tattooers, took free courses, and after two and a half months where the tattoo was 24 hours a day, I decided to invest my savings in buying a machine and the necessary accessories.

I was able to set up a “mini studio” at my parents’ home in Toledo. But unfortunately I could only tattoo that summer, enough to recover everything I had invested, but not enough to earn more. I had to return to Malaga to continue with my Marketing studies and I didn’t have any more opportunities to continue tattooing due to lack of a physical place.

Even so, I would not change the experience I had, and above all, the fact that I was able to prove to myself that I could do it.
