When I started learning Digital Marketing I realized that theory was useless without practice and so I decided to create this little project and use for practising.
The ukuleles were not difficult to get because of the number of existing suppliers, also they have a very light weight, which made the express shipping very cheap, and finally, I would not have any size problems (as it can happen with fashion), which reduces the number of returns.
I took advantage of one of my strengths as it is the ability of the design to make them customized to the customer’s wishes so they would have more value.
Thanks to them I made my first announcement on Facebook Ads, the first time I used Google keyword and GoogleAds and I took several courses about copywriting and storytelling. I also created the website using Shopify. You can visit it at www.doublev.es
After some time I realized the limitations that this channel had, so I am currently creating a new website from WordPress using the Woocommerce plugin.
To make them more special I wanted to add photoluminescent paint that glows in the dark without an ultraviolet light needed to see the effect. This added a lot of value to the product since there are currently no other people selling custom ukuleles with these features.
